Embassy of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Beijing, China

For counter attestation of any document/ certificate originated from Bangladesh, the following documents are required:

1. A written application addressed to H.E. the Ambassador
2. Documents, in original attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dhaka along with one set of copy;
3. Copy of passport;
4. Copy of the page endorsed with visa and
5. Fees.

For attestation of information page of the passport for Police Verification, the following documents are required:

1. A written application addressed to H.E. the Ambassador;
2. Two copies of information page of the passport (Need original passport who holding E-Passport);
3. Copy of the page endorsed with visa and
4. Fees.

Note: The Embassy does not issue Police Clearance Certificates for Bangladesh or Foreign nationals. Applicant is required to apply to the nearest police station of his/her permanent address for Police Clearance Certificate.

For counter attestation of any document/ certificate originated from China, the following documents are required:

1. A written application addressed to H.E. the Ambassador
2. Documents, in original attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Beijing along with one set of copy;
3. Copy of passport;
4. Copy of the page endorsed with visa
5. Fees.

Note: The document/ certificate is required to be notarized first. Then the notarized document needs to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Beijing. And finally, the document/ certificate is required to be submitted at the consular section of Bangladesh Embassy, Beijing, China for necessary counter-attestation. If the documents are intended to be used in any other country than Bangladesh, then the requirements of attestation may be cross-checked with the Embassy of that country in China.

For Regular Type of Service: Delivery on the 4th working days
For Urgent Type of Service: Delivery on the 2nd working days
