Passport Lost

In case of lost, the following documents are required to geta new passport:
- Photocopy of the Current Passport
- Police Report, in Original for the lost passport
- Photocopy of NID/ Online Birth Registration Certificate
- Photocopy of Chinese Resident Visa
- Filled in MRP Reissue form
- PP-size Photo – 2 copies
- Passport Renewal Fee (RMB):
