The following documents are required for NVR:

Filled in Online NVR Application Form and Signed by the Applicant (www.visa.gov.bd);
Written application by the Father/Mother/Spouse for NVR;
Bangladeshi Passport copy/ NID/ Online Birth Registration Certificate of Father/Mother/Spouse as proof;
Marriage Certificate;
NVR fee (640 RMB);
Passport sized recent photographs with white background- two copies;
Passport with minimum six months validity;
Photocopy of Passport of the Applicant;
Copy of Birth Certificate (applicable for children).
