- Filled in online MRP form ( http://www.passport.gov.bd );
- Photocopy of birth certificate (along with a photocopy of Chinese birth certificate);
- Photo-1 copy (A4 size) and 2 copies (passport size);
- Passport copies of parents;
- Visa copies of parents;
- Parents’ marriage certificate attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bangladesh;
