5. Photocopy of Chinese Resident Visa
6. Photocopy of the Secondary School Certificate (attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bangladesh);
   
7. Filled in MRP Reissue Form with desired correction
8. PP-size Photo – 2 copies
9. Studentship certificate (Student only) issued by their respective educational institution.
